One platform

Three steps, one source of data

Spirefly covers the full sustainability workflow in one platform, so the data you collected for your footprint also feeds your disclosure, your scenario modelling, and your board dashboards. You collect the data once, and the time saved on data work becomes time for acting on it.

Scenario modelling

Test the decision before you make it

Scenario modelling lets you test sourcing decisions, material switches, and supplier changes across every impact dimension at once: carbon, water, land use, and biodiversity.

Results come back across all indicators together, so the trade-offs are visible in the same view. The buying team sees the impact of an order before it is placed.

Why Spirefly

A team of two with the reach of a team of ten

Up to 80% of data-processing time, returned to you

Spirefly ingests your data in whatever format it already exists, so the platform starts working the moment your data lands. Normalization, factor mapping, and anomaly detection happen inside the platform, and the time you get back goes to the work that needs your judgement.

Carbon and nature from the same data

Both assessments run from the same inputs, so a sourcing change that helps your carbon number while it worsens your water footprint shows up in the same session. One dataset and one methodology keep carbon and nature consistent across every vendor and view.

Built to be used between cycles

Scenario modelling, dashboards for buying teams, supplier views, and board updates all run on the same footprint data, all year. The findings reach the people who can act on them while the decisions are still open.

Frequently asked questions

We already have a consultant doing our footprint. What changes?

Your consultant starts from structured footprint data with full methodology documentation and first-draft disclosure sections. Their time goes to interpretation, stakeholder communication, and the decisions that need expert judgement, because the data compilation is already done when they arrive.

Our data is incomplete and half our suppliers have not responded. Can we still start?

Yes. Spend per supplier gives you a directional footprint in Spirefly: which categories and supplier relationships carry the most risk, and where better data would move the needle most. Every estimate carries a confidence flag, and you add precision as better data arrives.

We tried a tool before and it did not save us time. Why is this different?

Most tools hand you a structured template, which means your data still has to be cleaned and mapped by hand before the platform can use it. Spirefly ingests your data in whatever format it already exists and does the normalization inside the platform. The first cycle is designed to be materially faster than what you did before, and the second is faster still, because your methodology carries forward.

How do we know the methodology is right, and that an auditor will accept it?

Every figure in Spirefly traces to its source: the emission or impact factor, the database, the scope classification, and the data type. Methodology is documented as you calculate, estimates are flagged with confidence levels, and the audit trail accumulates as a byproduct of normal use, so it exists by the time an auditor asks for it.

Do we need to use all three modules, or can we start with just Measure?

You can start with Measure. Each module builds on the same data, so the platform is designed to work as a whole, and adoption can still be gradual. Most teams start with measurement and disclosure, then move to the Workbench once they have a baseline they trust.

Carbon tools exist. What does the nature piece actually add?

Nature covers land use, freshwater consumption, biodiversity pressure, and pollution, each with its own methodology and spatial logic. Spirefly runs 15 impact indicators from the same data as your carbon assessment, aligned to SBTN and TNFD. That is what surfaces the trade-offs a carbon-only view hides, like a sourcing change that cuts emissions while it increases water stress.

We are not required to report on nature yet. Is this still relevant now?

Yes, because CSRD and EUDR requirements cascade through supply chains regardless of your own direct obligation. If your buyers or retail partners are in scope, they are already asking their suppliers. Starting before the obligation lands means your methodology is validated and your baseline exists when the requirement becomes mandatory.
